1. Eating Disorder
A 71-year-old male patient visited the health care facility following his inadequate eating behavior. The patient confirmed that recently his physician confirmed to him that he was obese and he was at the risk his of having a heart attack or diabetes due to his excessive body weight. In this psychotherapy session the mental health provider educated the patient on the various approaches to develop positive thoughts as a way of improving his mental and physical wellbeing. In addition, the mental health care provider provided advise to the patient to engage in physical exercises and also to continue engaging in the psychotherapy session to closely monitor his progress.
2. Sleeping disorder
A 64-year old male patient came into the health care facility due to his inappropriate sleeping pattern. The patient confirmed that her inappropriate sleeping pattern began a few weeks ago after losing his friend in a plane crush. The mental health provider asked the patient to develop a sleeping schedule which he should strictly follow in order to improve his sleeping pattern. In addition the patient was also asked to continue engaging in the psychotherapy session to closely monitor his progress.
3. Anxiety disorder
A 51-year-old male patient visited the health care facility following his frequent occurrence of anxiety episodes. The patient confirmed that the anxiety episodes began several weeks ago after he was diagnosed with colon cancer. The mental health provider enlightened the patient on different approaches of controlling the anxiety episodes to be able to live a normal life. In addition, the patient was advised to continue taking part in the psychotherapy session to closely monitor his progress.
4. Mood Disorder
A 45-year-old female patient came into the health facility following the numerous occurrences of manic depressive episodes. The patient confirmed that her depressive episodes began several weeks ago after her husband passed on after a long illness. The mental health provider enlightened the patient on the various approaches she would implement to control his manic depression episodes. Additionally, the patient was advised to continue taking part in the psychotherapy session to closely monitor her progress.
5. Mood Disorder
A 34-year-old male patient came into the health facility following his numerous occurrences of major depressive episodes. The patient asserted that his depressive episodes began about four weeks ago after he was involved in road accident. The patient was advised on the various strategies she would implement to control his depressive episodes. Additionally, the patient was asked to continue participating in the psychotherapy session to closely monitor his progress.
6. Sleep Disorder
A 62-year-old male patient was brought into the health facility by his wife following inadequate sleeping pattern. The patient asserted that after they relocated to another state he began experiencing inadequate sleeping pattern. The mental health provider advised the patient and her mother to develop a sleeping schedule which the patient should strictly follow to enable him to achieve adequate sleep. Additionally, the patient was requested to continue participating in the psychotherapy session to monitor his progress.

A 41-year-old male patient visited the health care facility following his increased manic depressive episodes. The patient confirmed that the manic episodes began after his wife passed on due to a critical illness.
